The best investment you can make isn't in real estate, its in your health! There are countless ways to make "deposits" into our health account. Here are some ideas: take the stairs; eat something green with every meal; take 5 minutes out to sit quietly and clear the mind; if you work at a desk stand, stretch, or walk once an hour; buy a book on health; get into juicing; take a dance class; go on a retreat; volunteer; buy organic food; be 15 minutes early wherever you go; walk or bike instead of drive; turn off the TV (especially when the news is on); drink a glass of clean water; get 8 hours of sleep; learn to cook, surround yourself with loving people, etc. Many of these things take just a split second decision. The temptation is always there for the instant gratification of a candy bar instead of an apple or to sit at home on the couch night after night because we feel spent. If we put even one hour back into our health account we could have more energy to last throughout the entire day. Just as we could become millionaires by investing about $10 a day, imagine how rich we would be with health and longevity as our profit.
