Hello Health members:

New patient in-office visit:   $180

Video consult via the Hello Health platform:    $90

Phone or IM visit via the Hello Health platform:    $45

House call (Seattle residents):    $180

Email visits via the Hello Health platform:     $15

Non-member rates:

New Patient visit:   $220

Follow-up visit:   $110

To join my Hello Health online practice costs $10 per month which gives you better access to your physician as well as unlimited, secure access to your private medical records. For Hello Health members your credit card on file will be charged accordingly and the first 4 email visits are free every month and members receive an informative 8-page monthly e-newsletter. For non-Hello Health members we accept payment in the form of cash, credit card, or check at the time of service.

Upon request we can also provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your plan.
